We asked Sharyn Dabbs to sell property we owned in Kirstenhof as our neighbour and friends had been impressed with her proactive and positive approach. And, we weren't disappointed. The house had been let for many years and needed attention . As we weren't in Cape Town at the time, Sharyn organised the handyman, plumber , painter etc and the house was soon in a marketable state. Sharyn also suggested staging as the house was empty - a very worthwhile investment and suggestion which we appreciated when we went to visit the house. Sharyn was even happy to water the garden.
