Start the day with some exercise. At this time of the year, the Constantia Greenbelt takes a truly stunning form. Autumnal colours mixed with indigenous greens creates a picturesque atmosphere perfect for morning joggers. There is also an organized parkrun that takes place every Saturday at 8:00 AM.
Although, if you're not in the mood for a workout, taking your time wandering through the Greenbelt admiring the scenery would make for a sunny day well spent.
That being said, Constantia's Greenbelt is the ideal spot for dog owners wanting to get outdoors with their four-legged friends. This is one of the most beautiful walks in Cape Town and should be taken advantage of before the sun disappears.

Next, after starting off the day in Constantia, head through to Woodstock for one of the most impressive markets in Cape Town. Perfect for a sunny Saturday, The Old Biscuit Mill hosts the consistently inventive Neighborhood Goods Market, which boasts a variety of culinary pleasures and inspired designs. Local is proven, yet again, to be lekker.
So, grab your sunhat, craft beer and shades for an unforgettable cruise through the community driven market. All while engaging with Cape Town designers on a personal level.

Bakoven Beach
After grabbing some food and drink in Woodstock, discover one of the city's best kept secrets. As Capetonians, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to deciding on which beach to visit. When we think coastal, our minds often jump to the obvious choices: Muizenberg, Camps Bay, Clifton. Even those who have visited Bakoven in the past, and know where it's hidden, often forget that it exists, but that's all part of the beach's charm.
Positioned between Llandudno and Camps Bay, and after a trailing walkway surrounded by beautiful beach houses, Bakoven feels like your own private seaside paradise. Considering that summer has come and gone, the beach is likely to be quiet, but safe. Bakoven is likely to be populated by nearby residents at most times of the day.
