Starting as the team's buyer administrator and currently responsible for 'Client Care', is where her passion for people and knowledge of the transfer process, are in perfect synergy.

Janine's experience allows her to confidently provide homeowners with insight into the Upper Team's existing database and area statistics. From the first point of contact to the scheduling of the valuation appointments, clients are assured of a professional and streamlined process.

Janine is passionate about the difference between a regular sales pitch and genuine interest in a client's best interests.
